By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms incorporate our privacy notice and any additional policies referenced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

The site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or otherwise lawfully able to access it. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with professional development in live television production. You must not use automated tools to scrape content, interfere with site security or attempt to access restricted areas. Commercial redistribution of any material is prohibited without prior written consent from buzzlofi.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not upload material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful. You must not attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform, introduce malware or engage in any activity that could harm the integrity of the service or other users. Violations may result in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate under UK law.

Accounts, Submissions and User Content

Where accounts or submission forms are provided you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any content you submit must be your own work or properly licensed. By submitting material you grant buzzlofi a non-exclusive licence to use it for site operation and improvement. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All text, images, videos and other materials on the site are owned by buzzlofi or its licensors. You may view and print limited extracts for personal non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution requires express written permission. Trademarks displayed remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may contain references to third-party tools, platforms or resources used in television production workflows. These references do not constitute endorsement and we accept no responsibility for the availability, accuracy or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the site at any time without notice. Upon termination your right to use the site ceases immediately and any licences granted revert to us.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. While we take reasonable care we do not warrant that materials will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to buzzlofi in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of data, profits or business opportunity.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless buzzlofi and its officers from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution where applicable.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
